KUALA LUMPUR, Sept 9 (Bernama) -- The national shooting squad aim to capture four gold at the Laos SEA Games in December, double the two-gold feat they achieved at the last SEA Games in Korat, Thailand two years ago.
National Shooting Association executive secretary Jasni Shaari said the target was based on the performance of the shooters during the Mini Olympics held recently.
"We are expecting the women to bring in most of the gold medals," he told reporters after announcing the line up for the Laos Games at the National Sports Council in Bukit Jalil here Wednesday.
Malaysia are one of the regional powerhouses in shooting sports.
